A shorter reflexology session (hands or feet) perfect for a quick midday reset, relieving tension and boosting energy—ideal for your lunch break (don`t worry about hot feet if you are at the office - I will freshen them up with re usable wipes in a tea tree lotion!) You can then chose from a sensitive or signature blend reflexology cream. *At or before your first appointment, a short health and wellbeing consultation form is filled out which will take 5 mins. This will be in addition to the treatment time*
